Grease Trap and Septic Tank Services – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Accessibility: The tank(s) must be easily accessible and clear of any obstructions to ensure efficient servicing.
2. Service Fees: A service fee will apply if the tank(s) is inaccessible or if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
3. Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply if:

3. • The truck remains on-site for more than 45 minutes, and/or
   • The tank’s capacity exceeds the volume originally quoted to our office.

     Note: Our office will contact you for approval before any additional work is carried out.

4. Tank(s) Refilling: Harmor is not responsible for refilling tank(s) following service. Link to FAQs
5. Tank(s) & Lid Condition: Harmor is not liable for the condition of the tank(s) or lid(s) before or after service.
6. Truck Access: Please notify Harmor office staff if the driveway is unsuitable for the truck. Harmor is not responsible for any damage to driveways, gardens, or surrounding areas.
